Happy Monday YDWBfam! I wish you guys a great productive active week ahead, we are in week 2 squatober and it only gets more challenging and annoying. We just have to push pass the BS and do it because we want to be healthy and be able to do anything we want without suffering.
Most people dont get motivated then get results, they get the results first then get motivated. I say all that to say, if you are not doing everything in your will to get the results you want, at some point you will quit or try to quit on yourself. So do what's hard now and continue to put time towards your health to make it easier to show up later when most people aren't able to.
